About World Evangelical Alliance

The World Evangelical Alliance is a global network serving the world's 600+ million evangelicals through 9 regional and 143 national evangelical church member alliances as well as more than 112 international member organizations. The WEA exists to bring a global voice and platform for evangelicals; advocate at world leadership levels for religious freedoms and intervene for the persecuted; provide a global identity; unite in Gospel outreach; convene for collaboration and prayer and strengthen local church ministry. We are inspired by John 17: 20-23 where Jesus prayed for His disciples and those who would believe after them, that all of them would be one that the world may believe in Him.
