VisionSynergy exists to accelerate the Great Commission by equipping leaders, developing mission networks, and catalyzing collaboration among the least reached peoples and places of the world. Around the world, we consistently see that the greatest breakthroughs in Christian mission happen when ministries work together. No single church or organization can accomplish the task alone—but together, they can have transformational impact.Our mission focuses on three areas: Equipping Network Leaders, Building Mission Networks, and Empowering Collaboration.Equipping Network LeadersStrong leadership is essential for mission networks to thrive. VisionSynergy trains, coaches, and connects leaders who serve in some of the most strategic areas of global mission. Through cohort-based coaching programs, regional consultations, online learning communities, and workshops, we equip leaders with biblical values and the specialized skills needed to guide collaborative efforts.A key component of this work is the Synergy Catalyst Program (SCP), a multi-year coaching journey that prepares leaders to launch and guide mission networks that accelerate gospel progress. SCP is intentionally designed for multiplication—leaders who complete the program mentor others, expanding the reach of effective collaboration. To date, SCP graduates have helped launch more than 200 mission networks, contributing to the planting of thousands of churches among unreached and least reached peoples.Building Mission NetworksMission networks allow ministries to share information, combine resources, and align strategies. These networks create the conditions for greater impact, enabling partners to do far more together than they could independently.For more than two decades, VisionSynergy has supported leaders in forming, strengthening, and sustaining mission networks around the world. Our role is advisory and ongoing, offering training, consultation, and tools that help leadership teams coordinate efforts, identify shared priorities, and take action toward fulfilling the Great Commission.Empowering CollaborationVisionSynergy has championed collaboration for over 20 years, helping leaders embrace partnering as a biblically grounded and highly effective approach to global mission. As networks have multiplied, our emphasis has shifted from promoting the idea of collaboration to equipping leaders with practical tools to implement it well.Drawing on extensive field experience, we research and share best practices in mission collaboration across diverse cultures and ministry contexts. We freely provide multilingual books, articles, training guides, video series, and presentations that help network leaders facilitate meaningful partnerships and accelerate collective impact.We do not seek to build a media brand, but to fuel a global movement. Our resources are offered at no cost so leaders can adapt and translate them for their own contexts. By strengthening mission networks and the leaders who guide them, VisionSynergy helps accelerate the spread of the gospel among those with the least access to it.
