About Urban Youth Impact

Urban Youth Impact is on a mission to love, equip and empower inner-city youth to fulfill their God-given purpose.Inner-city youth living in the most at-risk neighborhoods in Palm Beach County face poverty, a lack of school readiness, low graduation rates, high teen birth rates and violence. For more than 23 years, the ministry of Urban Youth Impact (UYI), along with its funding partnerships, has been helping reverse these troubling trends, primarily through its After-school programs and Outreach sites around the county.In partnership with local individuals, churches, foundations, businesses and other nonprofits, UYI’s award-winning signature programs and strategies serve more than 300 urban youth each week. They are loved, which builds trusting relationships, equipped academically in literacy to succeed in school, empowered with leadership principles to be successful in the marketplace, exposed to arts and sciences to discover new possibilities, and given spiritual enrichment
