For 25 years the MICAH FUND (first name) provided financial grants to Christian families desiring to adopt a minority infant child. This was an effort to engage in the pro life movement. This work continued for 25 years. In June of 2017 the NFP renamed and created a pro-life/child abuse prevention, and family preservation ministry to support parents who chose life and chose to parent, yet find themselves alone and still in need of support and care. Together For Good (TFG) fights child abuse and neglect by creating pathways for the local church to come alongside vulnerable children and families in Christ-centered ministry. TFG provides practical help and relational support to struggling families. Our staff work to train a network of volunteers who provide safe places for children to stay during a crisis (hosting), respite care, advocacy, and ongoing friendship to ensure no parent has to walk alone.
