About The Brooklyn Tabernacle

The ministry of The Brooklyn Tabernacle has grown under the leadership of Pastor Jim Cymbala, from a small handful of members to over 10,000. Pastor Cymbala and his wife Carol, who directs the Grammy Avard winning Brooklyn Tabernacle Choir, have been used by God to preach the Gospel in the inner city of New York, to start other congregations across the country and to encourage Christians around the world, across all ethic and national origins. Central to the growth and expansion of the Church has been the continual emphasis on prayer, from the Tuesday Night Prayer Meeting, attended by thousands, to the Prayer Band, who consistently pray for needs all over the globe.
