About Spoken Worldwide

Spoken Worldwide delivers Truth to oral learners around the world who have yet to hear of the redemptive power of Jesus Christ. Through our ministry, communication barriers are removed when oral communities hear God’s Word for the first time in their heart language – through oral Bible translation, stories, and songs. This is the essence of Spoken.Our philosophy of ministry is based on four cornerstones:1. Focus on Oral Learners – 2/3 of the world’s population can’t, don’t, or won’t read. We believe the most strategic way to reach the world for Christ is to focus on this majority.2. Empower Local Leaders – We believe faithful, indigenous people are the most effective at ministering within their respective communities.3. Tailored Content – We honor unique oral traditions by providing Scripture in the heart language of the communities we serve.4. Scripture Engagement – God’s Word is meant for engagement. We believe the Great Commission is every Christian’s calling, so our goal is to see oral Bible content used by local believers to transform lives and make disciples who make disciples.
