Service Oriented Aviation Readiness (S.O.A.R.)
About Service Oriented Aviation Readiness (S.O.A.R.)
The primary purpose of Service Oriented Aviation Readiness (S.O.A.R.) is the training and education of missionary aviationmechanics and pilots. Through its curriculum, programs, and supervised-experience training, students are preparedand qualified for the progression of testing and certifications as governed by the Federal Aviation Administration(hereinafter "FAA"). A distinctive attribute of S.O.A.R. is that the organization leverages an energized local pilotpopulation and community engaged at a municipal airport to continue a “pay-it-forward” philosophy through whichmany of the previous generation of pilots were taught to fly. After training, students are prepared to apply their skillsfor service-oriented purposes within a missionary aviation sending agency which is of particular importance and priority to S.O.A.R.

Trusted represents the foundation on which our higher designations are built. Highly Trusted and Most Trusted ministries demonstrate additional levels of public transparency and independent evaluation that go beyond this baseline.
