About Real Options

Real Options (RO) has been serving the communities of Collin County and North Dallas with care and compassion for more than 38 years. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization located in Allen, Texas, our mission is to walk alongside those facing an unplanned pregnancy or possible STI infection—offering hope, support, and the information needed to make confident, informed decisions.All of our services are free and completely confidential, including pregnancy testing, limited sonograms, options consultations, STI screenings, abortion recovery, sexual risk avoidance presentations in 17 independent school districts and referrals to trusted community resources.At Real Options, we believe every person deserves to be treated with dignity, compassion, and respect—no matter their circumstances.
