About Pregnancy Resources

We have been providing hope and help for women and their families since 1990. We are a 501(c)3 nonprofit limited medical clinic with three Quad City locations and a Mobile Medical Unit. Services we offer include pregnancy testing; ultrasounds; material assistance (maternity/baby clothes, diaper, car seats, etc.); pregnancy, fetal development, and abortion education; post abortion medical screening, reproductive loss support and post-abortion support – all of which are free and confidential.We engage in full financial disclosure with annually audited financial reports performed by a certified public accounting firm. Our medical director and governing board of director volunteers are made up of men and women from a variety of denominational and vocational backgrounds.
