About Pregnancy Resource Center
The Pregnancy Resource Center (PRC) is an evangelical, non-denominational Christian organization in Grand Rapids, Michigan. The PRC's mission is to "live the truth that people matter to God through: Proactive education, Responsive medical care and Compassionate support services." The organization seeks to demonstrate Christ's character to the community through the following pro-life activities: 1) proactive sexual risk avoidance education curriculum taught in local schools and churches, 2) responsive medical services (pregnancy testing, ultrasounds, STI/STD testing and treatment) in the Greater Grand Rapids area, and 3) compassionate care in the form of services to new and expecting moms, essential mom and baby supplies, parenting classes, and Bible classes. The PRC follows the Holy Spirit's leading to: 1) encourage people to embrace a Biblical view of sexuality, 2) defend pre-born children, 3) meet the needs of those unprepared for pregnancy, and 4) help heal lives traumatized by abortion.
