About North Star Initiative

North Star Initiative (NSI) operates an emergency shelter, restoration program at two locations, and transitional housing program for survivors of sex trafficking, providing clinically effective, holistic, healing-centered care to empower survivors to reclaim the lives they are created to enjoy through healing their whole person. NSI also works to end trafficking in Lancaster and Berks Counties (Pennsylvania) through community education and engagement.
