About Mosaic Health

Mosaic Health exists to reveal truth about life in the womb and share the Gospel of Jesus Christ. We meet the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of women and men seeking pregnancy and health services. Since its inception in 1987, Mosaic Health has served over 19,000 people and has two brick and mortar offices in Illinois locations in the St. Louis metro-east area: Granite City and Fairview Height as well as a mobile unit in front of Planned Parenthood in Fairview Heights six days a week. Free and confidential services include pregnancy testing, STI testing and treatment, first-trimester ultrasounds, abortion pill reversal treatment, childbirth and parenting classes, free baby supplies, post-abortion Hope and Healing program and more.
