About Mosaic Center for Spiritual Formation

Mosaic Formation is a nonprofit Christian ministry that expands access to spiritual formation for leaders in underserved and diaspora communities. Rooted in the generosity-based model “Freely Receive, Freely Give,” we make formation care available across cultural, linguistic, and socio-economic boundaries.Our ministry functions as an ecosystem:Public Offerings (access): spiritual direction, coaching, retreats, workshops, online courses, and writings.Training Program (formation): a two-year residency to equip spiritual directors and intercultural leaders, informed by the global church.Mosaic Network (multiplication): a collaborative of emerging ministries we fiscally sponsor and nurture, united by shared values of service, intercultural agility, global wisdom, and generosity.Diaspora Ministry flows through it all—connecting us with immigrant and refugee leaders whose lived faith teaches us as much as we serve them. We exist to cultivate deeper life with God and multiply formation impact in diverse, underserved, and global contexts.
