About Mission Training International

Our Vision is to see cross-cultural messengers of the Gospel of Jesus Christ experience effectiveness, endurance and personal vitality. Our Mission is to serve churches and other sending agencies by developing and equipping their long-term cross-cultural workers with the vital skills and tools for the furtherance of Christ's Kingdom. MTI is accomplishing these goals by offering pre-field training and debriefing programs for those individuals and families who are heading overseas long term. We attempt to address the major issues that tend to make or break those who are heading overseas as messengers of the Gospel - such as language acquisition, conflict, stress management, family health, and navigating cultural differences.
