Mercy Community Healthcare is a Christian primary care and mental health ambulatory health center caring for patients that are one day old through Medicare age. Mercy cares for families from more than 30 counties in Tennessee. No one is turned away for their inability to pay. In 2008, Mercy launched a primary medical home model for chronically ill patients.Mercy has a Care Coordination Team that is responsible for coordinating the care of hundreds of chronically ill patients who may have as few as one or as many as a dozen specialists. Mercy also has Certified Application Counselors to assist the uninsured throughout our community to become enrolled in Marketplace and other insurances.
