About Marketplace Ministries
Marketplace Ministries (Marketplace Chaplains) provides a personalized and proactive employee care service using Chaplain Care Teams comprised of male, female, and ethnically diverse Chaplains, who help employees with personal problems, grief, mental health issues, and crisis events. Over 2,200 Chaplains, speaking thirty languages, make over 6,000 worksite visits every week, representing over 1,500 public and private companies, providing hope, help, love, care, and compassion to over 1.25 million employees and family members across North America. Through developing relationships of trust and confidence with employees, Chaplains have prevented several hundred suicides, helped restore marriages, and regularly share the Gospel over 85,000 times per year. These activities result in leading people to Christ and connecting or reconnecting employees to a local New Testament fellowship.
