About Good Samaritan Health Center of Cobb
Good Samaritan Health Center of Cobb was established to address the increasing needs of the medically under-served population in Cobb and surrounding counties. Good Samaritan Health Center of Cobb was established in 2003 to provide health related services to the indigent, homeless, and the working poor. Good Samaritan Health Center's mission is "To spread the love of Christ by providing quality healthcare to those in need." The Center offers medical, dental, counseling, health education and spiritual health services. Currently our providers, supplemented with numerous volunteer support professionals, care for over 27,000 patient visits per year. In Quality of Care, for two years in a row, Good Samaritan has received the Quality Improvement Award for best overall clinic performance measures among all federally qualified health centers. Good Samaritan has been recognized as a Health Center Quality Leader. The Center is Christ-based but it is not under the direction of any denomination
