About Fredericksburg Pregnancy Center

The Fredericksburg Pregnancy Center (FPC) was incorporated in the Commonwealth of Virginia in 2012 and has been doing business as (dba) the Choices Women’s Center (CWC) since January 2017 along with "IMGN Life Ministries" since January 2022. The organization’s goal is to share the love of Jesus Christ through a practical gospel with all who walk through our doors. It is from this Biblical viewpoint that we advocate for the value of all LIFE by empowering those facing unplanned pregnancies with hope and life-affirming choices.FPC provides free and confidential services to anyone facing unplanned pregnancy with pregnancy testing, ultrasound confirmation, prenatal consultation, and sexually transmitted infection testing and treatment. FPC also provides education about abortion and abortion alternatives, healthy lifestyles, and marriage/relationshipsduring office visits. FPC networks with many local agencies, offering extensive referrals for various support services. FPC also provides abortion recovery support groups for those struggling mentally, emotionally, and physically from a previous abortion. Additionally, FPC provides prenatal classes and parent mentoring for bothmothers and fathers. After hours, client support is available through a 24-hour hotline and texting.
