The First Baptist Church of Denton is a local church, part of the Southern Baptist Convention and the Baptist General Convention of Texas. The church conducts worship services, small group Bible Study, with various ministries to missions, men, women, children, youth, university students, senior adults and many charity related programs and activities. The church is focused on the "Great Commission" as found in Matthew's gospel the 28th chapter.
