Evangelical Child and Family Agency is a private, nonprofit child welfare agency, licensed by the Illinois Department of Children and Family Services and by the Wisconsin Department of Health and Family Services. It is an evangelical Christian organization serving the community through the programs of Pregnancy Support Services, Adoption, Intact Family Services, and Individual and Family Counseling.
