About Equipping Leaders International

We partner with highly influential yet under-resourced Christian leaders globally to equip and multiply Biblically mature leaders for every area of community life.ELI targets under-resourced pastors, educators, and business leaders by equipping called and capable national trainers with courses that they can in turn pass on to others.This practice minimizes the language and cultural barriers while empowering nationals to bring transformation to local communities through sound instruction, printed materials, and mentoring. This leveraged approach results in exponential influence as nationals train nationals.
