With leadership as our middle name, the mission of the Dallas Leadership Foundation: Unlocking leadership in challenged communities so that families, no matter the neighborhood, can flourish.Theory of Change: To create long-term change in communities by developing a critical mass of local and resourced leaders to serve in neighborhoods, prisons, and schools.Dallas Leadership Foundation's (DLF) mission is accomplished by staff with over 25 years of experience serving people in need. The team works out of four main departments: DLF Neighborhoods, DLF Reentry, and DLF Youth and DLF Workforce.
