Crossroads Asia
About Crossroads Asia
Our Mission:At Crossroads Asia, we find our purpose in creatively engaging unreached peoples at the crossroads of commerce and spiritual need, igniting Christ-centered Church Planting Movements in India, Nepal, Tibet, Bhutan, Bangladesh, and Myanmar. Why Focus on these Six Countries? Some 48% of the world’s unreached people reside in these six geographically-concentrated countries, totaling 1.56 billion unreached people across 2,856 unreached people groups. Pursuing a "Crossroads" Strategy:Unreached peoples, from difficult-to-access places, tend to travel, work, and live along the main roads of commerce. That’s where we meet them, working along these main roads—just as Paul did—when he followed the Roman trade routes that connected countries. Those who trust Christ are discipled and equipped to multiply themselves and plant churches.Three Key Ministries:1. Church Planting: Our national partners work faithfully among the unreached in our focus areas (i) sharing the Gospel broadly, (ii) discipling “Persons of Peace” to grow in Christ and become church planters among their people, (iii) and planting churches themselves, with the goal of igniting Church Planting Movements. 2. Equipping: Our training team provides a strategically important hub, hosting commerce-related outreaches and discipling our church planters. 3. At-Risk Children: In the Crossroads Cities in which we work, we seek to rescue at-risk girls, 8-12 years old, from human trafficking. This is a serious problem associated with Crossroads Cities, which cannot be ignored.
What “Highly Trusted” Means
Highly Trusted reflects a ministry's commitment to operating transparently and accountably beyond Christian-specific stewardship standards alone. This ministry has been verified against fourteen of fifteen criteria of The Most Trusted Standard — demonstrating biblical financial integrity, sound governance, and a complete framework of governance policies.
What distinguishes Highly Trusted is the additional commitment to public transparency. This ministry has made its financial records, governance information, and program reporting accessible to the public, putting its operations in the open where any donor can examine them.
