About Crossing Cultures International
The mission of Crossing Cultures International (CCI) is to equip Christ followers globally with comprehensive training for effective ministry. CCI serves in 46 countries, training over 10,670 pastors, church planters, missionaries, small group leaders, and other local church leaders. Through 14 courses incorporating 550 hours of training, trainers focus on a discipleship relationship, modeling Christlike character to mold the lives of these church leaders. The majority of trainers are local leaders. Since 2.2 million pastors do not have access to quality theological training, CCI's goal is to bring this training to untrained pastors and other potential leaders in their local areas, essentially bringing seminary-level training to the local church.
What “Highly Trusted” Means
Highly Trusted reflects a ministry's commitment to operating transparently and accountably beyond Christian-specific stewardship standards alone. This ministry has been verified against fourteen of fifteen criteria of The Most Trusted Standard — demonstrating biblical financial integrity, sound governance, and a complete framework of governance policies.
What distinguishes Highly Trusted is the additional commitment to public transparency. This ministry has made its financial records, governance information, and program reporting accessible to the public, putting its operations in the open where any donor can examine them.
