About Cross-Generation

In 2002 Jim and Lynne founded Connected Families to partner with churches to build strong families. The local work gained influence beyond their home community, and today the ministry exists to steward the growth of a worldwide community of parents, parent coaches, and ministry partners. This stewardship includes developing and offering an extensive library of biblically informed online resources and courses for parents, parent workshops, parent coaching, training and certification of parent coaches, and mentorship of and care for a growing community of ministry partners.
