About City Rescue Mission

City Rescue Mission has been serving the homeless and needy through the love and compassion of Jesus Christ since 1946. The Organization provides services in Jacksonville and surrounding northeast Florida communities. Services provided are : food, shelter, clothing, LifeBuilders recovery program, Workforce Development and onsite medical, dental and chiropractic care. The Organization is privately funded and supported by individuals, churches, organizations, sponsorships, grants, businesses and community events. The Organization also operates several Social Enterprises providing employment and training for graduates of its LifeBuilders Program and support for program activities.
