About Christian Legal Society

CLS is a national non-denominational Christian membership association of more than 4000 lawyers, judges, law professors, law students, and lay persons, located in all 50 states, who have signed CLS' Statement of Faith. CLS' vision is Christ's command to the lawyers, judges and political leaders of His day: "Do justice with the love of God." (Luke 11:42, Matthew 23:23). CLS' mission is to be the national grassroots network of lawyers and law students, committed to proclaiming, loving and serving Jesus Christ, in the practice of law, and advocating biblical conflict reconciliation, public justice, religious freedom and the sanctity of human life."
