About Choices Pregnancy Centers of Greater Phoenix

Choices Pregnancy Centers of Greater Phoenix is a faith-based organization that exists to “Promote and Inspire LIFE.” Our mission is to provide reproductive information, support, and education in the areas of unplanned pregnancies, relationships, and sexuality through a team of individuals that include licensed medical professionals. Our services include free pregnancy testing, free ultrasounds, free pregnancy options counseling (including abortion risk education), post-abortion care, low cost Sexually Transmitted Infection (STI) testing, and various educational classes (parenting, life skills, etc.). We aspire to help build "bridges to community" for women, men, and children, where they can find support and grow in a Greater Love found only through Jesus.
