About Center for Christian Study

University Christian Ministries, Inc., d.b.a Center for Christian Study is a religious education and outreach organization that has ministered from our location in Charlottesville, VA since 1976. Our vision is twofold: "to foster serious consideration in the university environment of a Biblical worldview" and "to facilitate wise discussion of the Truth in light of the challenges of contemporary culture." We accomplish this by offering educational programs, study resources, fellowship opportunities, and outreach events. Our programs and events are open first to the University of Virginia, secondly to the Charlottesville community, and thirdly to the broader region. While the Center has no denominational affiliation, we seek to act in support of the Church.
