Armenian Relief and Development Association
About Armenian Relief and Development Association
The Armenian Relief and Development Association (ARDA) is a non-denominational Christian humanitarian organization based in Pasadena, California, with offices in Yerevan and Gyumri, Armenia. The organization ministers to the needs of the most vulnerable and socially deprived children, elderly, and families in Armenia who lack support structures to sustain their basic human and spiritual needs. This is accomplished by feeding, clothing and providing healthcare for the poor, running an education center to train Armenians to be self sustainable, sending containers of humanitarian aid items, sponsoring kindergartens, construction of low cost housing for families who have been living in metal shipping containers, broadcasting Thru the Bible radio program to over 85% of countries population, and partnering with Young Life International that ministers to thousands of youth across the country.
