About Agape Children's Ministry
Agape Children’s Ministry rescues street and other at-risk children in Kenya using our successful “Four Rs” family based care model of ministry: • RESCUE as many children from the streets as we can.• REDEEM by sharing the life-changing message of the Gospel. • REHABILITATE by providing extensive Christ-centered, trauma-based counseling to help children deal with the trauma they have endured, and by providing medical and academic assistance. • REINTEGRATE by responsibly placing the children back into their families or extended families and periodic home visits, until age 18, to ensure the child’s wellbeing.We provide consulting and training to other child care institutions in an effort to expand family reconciliation efforts in Kenya and elsewhere.
